2022 Uncle George Cabernet Sauvignon
90% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from our newly farmed and managed vineyard on West Zinfandel Lane tucked against the Mayacamas mountain range in St. Helena along with 5% dark inky Petit Verdot and 5% south after Cabernet Franc. Oozing with dark fruit flavors, blackcurrent, blackberry, chocolate mocha with pronounced smoldering tobacco. A huge muscular wine but surprisingly smooth, soft, silky and satiny with seductive blackberry liquor flavors, swirling with black licorice and exotic wild berry flavors. Pairs nicely with grilled and roasted meats and hearty Italian pasta dishes. Only 8 barrels produced.
