75% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from 4 different vineyards in the Napa Valley, consisting of the Frank Leeds Vineyard in Rutherford, certified organically grown, Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon grown high above St. Helena and on Zinfandel Lane and the dynamic Coombsville Appellation Cabernet along with 25% organically grown Petit Verdot from the Rutherford Dalla Gasperina Vineyard and the Papina Vineyard in St. Helena. A total of six different vineyards contribute to this symphony of explosive flavors. A huge wine, but soft and silky, deep, dark, richly concentrated, dense and decadent with seductive liquor flavors of backed blackberry, hints of black cherry, dark chocolate mocha, tobacco and swirls of wild berry flavors. Pairs nicely with grilled and roasted meats and hearty Italian pasta dishes. Only 12 barrels produced and ready to drink tonight.
